The Lake Travis Families PAC was started by local Lake Travis area families who believe in a great education for all students in LTISD. We support school board candidates that share our values: academic excellence, safe schools, parental rights and parental involvement in education. We support LTISD School Board Trustees who make common sense decisions on behalf of the students and parents in the community. Investing in these leaders and our children is investing in the future success of LTISD. Bullying, intimidation, and political indoctrination have no place in LTISD.
 
Our organization vets candidates for the LTISD school board, makes endorsements, and campaigns for the candidates we endorse. We always put our family values first, and focus on ensuring LTISD reflects the community’s values and priorities. The classroom should not be a place where politics reigns, but rather a place where quality academics thrive and diversity of thought is supported. We believe it is parents and the local community who should decide on questions surrounding health, curriculum, mandates, and other often polarizing issues.
